What this covers

These terms govern your use of technovacer.com. They describe the general basis on which Technovacer Consulting LLC operates. They are not, and don't replace, the signed statement of work or master services agreement that governs any actual client engagement.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse this site and contact us through it. Content here (text, the Technovacer name and mark, and site design) belongs to Technovacer Consulting LLC unless stated otherwise, and isn't licensed for reuse without our permission.

No engagement by default

Nothing on this site, including the descriptions of our practices or the figures in our track record, constitutes an offer to contract or a guarantee of specific results for your organization. A real engagement begins only once both parties sign a scope of work or services agreement setting out deliverables, timeline, and commercial terms.

How engagements actually work

Every client and staffing engagement is governed by its own written agreement, which takes precedence over anything described on this site in the event of a conflict. That agreement will cover scope, fees, confidentiality, intellectual property ownership for delivered work, and liability: terms we negotiate directly with each client rather than publish as a one-size-fits-all policy here.

Accuracy of information

We keep the figures and claims on this site accurate to the best of our knowledge and update them as our practice changes. If you spot something that looks out of date, tell us at hello@technovacer.com and we'll correct it.

Limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided as-is, for informational purposes. Technovacer Consulting LLC isn't liable for decisions made solely on the basis of this website without a signed engagement in place.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Actual client agreements may specify a different governing jurisdiction where negotiated.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
