Who this covers

This policy applies to technovacer.com and to the personal information Technovacer Consulting LLC and its group companies (Shrangi Infotech LLP, Prime Skill Resources LLC) collect when you contact us, apply for work with us, or engage us as a client. It doesn't cover third-party sites we link to.

What we collect

Through this site: whatever you submit via the contact form (name, email, company, what you need help with, and your message). Form submissions are handled by Formspree, a third-party form service, which passes them to us by email; see Formspree's own privacy policy for how it treats that data. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site beyond what's strictly needed to serve the page and its fonts.

The practice-fit tool on our Careers page (where you can paste or upload a CV to see which practice it matches) runs entirely in your browser using a public JavaScript library. Nothing you type or upload there is sent to us, stored, or seen by anyone. It stays on your device unless you separately choose to email it to us.

Through client and candidate engagements: contact details, professional history, and engagement-related information you or your organization share with us directly, by email, or through a placement process. We don't collect more than an engagement reasonably requires.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, evaluate candidates for staffing engagements, deliver contracted work, and meet our own legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where an engagement requires it (for example, submitting a candidate's profile to a client with their consent) or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions and inquiries that don't turn into an engagement are kept for as long as reasonably useful for follow-up, then deleted. Client and candidate records tied to an active or past engagement are retained per the terms of that engagement and applicable law.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal or contractual obligation that requires us to retain it. Write to hello@technovacer.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Where data is processed

Given our group operates across multiple entities, information may be processed by whichever of them is handling your engagement. We take reasonable steps to protect information regardless of which entity processes it.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
